Student of the Month: Baileigh Price

Eighth-grader Baileigh Price can overcome anything, the staff at Rolling Hills Middle School concluded.

For her perseverance and dedication Baileigh was recently named the Rotary Club of El Dorado Hills’ Student of the Month.

Despite tough circumstances, Baileigh has shown resilience, said counselor Dee Cutter at the Oct, 30 breakfast meeting in the El Dorado Hills Community Services District pavilion. “She’s a joy, a pleasure,” Cutter said. “She works very hard. Her teachers adore her.”

Rolling Hill Principal Debbie Bowers called Baileigh “a fighter” and commended the student’s mom, Christine Price, for ensuring that her daughter gets to school every day and studies hard.

Rotarian and Buckeye Union School District Superintendent David Roth presented Baileigh with a plaque and $50 from the Rotary Club.
