Three Scouts soar

Boy Scouts Sergio Quilici, Chris Wilcox and Matt Lee will share an important ceremony Saturday. All three have reached the rank of Eagle Scout.
The 18-year-olds from Troop 454 are from the Phoenix Patrol and started their scouting adventure together at the age of 6. Their Eagle Scout Ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. at St. Stephens Church in El Dorado Hills.
