Supervisor Ray Nutting’s first court appearance began with a recusal as El Dorado County Superior Court Judge Daniel B. Proud stepped down from the case due to a conflict of interest. Nutting faces additional charges, Cal Fire bill

Supervisor Ray Nutting will face additional charges going in to his Monday arraignment.
