El Dorado County plays dines at Red Hawk Casino, where jackpots flow and the food is served up hot and delicious.

“Since its opening in December 2008, Red Hawk Casino has been providing its guests with superior gaming, entertainment and dining experiences,” said Bryan deLugo, Red Hawk Casino general manager. “These awards are a result of the hard work and dedication of the team members at Red Hawk Casino. Our team members provide our guests with an unmatched casino experience and the very best customer service.”

The casino boasts more than 2,100 slot machines, progressive jackpots, 75 table games, a premier high-limit area, a lower-level non-smoking area as well as live poker tournaments and cash games. Entertainers perform at the recently remodeled Casino Stage Bar.

Guests have six restaurants to choose from, including Pearl Asian Cuisine which features traditional Chinese favorites and authentic Pacific Rim specialties. The restaurant located on the main casino floor is open for lunch and dinner.

For a more romantic date, try Henry’s Steakhouse on the casino’s lower level. Fine chefs serve USDA Prime and Wagyu Steaks from Allen Bros. — all dry aged and butchered in house. The menu also include fresh seafood, Colorado lamb and free-range poultry and game.

Top off the delicious meals with hand-picked wines — fine selections from El Dorado County, California and other renowned wine regions of the world. More than 70 wines are available by the glass.

Red Hawk Casino is located at 1 Red Hawk Parkway in Shingle Springs. For more information visit redhawkcasino.com.
