Laurie Vaqueiro remembers the day she decided she decided to open a Massage Envy spa — March 15, 2006. She had traveled to east Roseville for her third Massage Envy appointment.

“I loved the concept of affordable, convenient massages, and the Wellness program,” she said.

Laurie and husband Danny learned that franchises were available. They opened their own Massage Envy in El Dorado Hills Town Center that same year. The spa offers a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish, sports, prenatal and geriatric. Clients can choose the facial treatment that suits them best.

Employees are the key to success, said Laurie. Massage Envy has 28 massage therapists, three aestheticians, and nine front desk employees.

“We take good care of our employees,” Laurie said. “If they are happy, they will take good care of our guests.”

Appointments are available individually or through a membership.

Massage Envy is located at 4510 Post St. Suite 340, El Dorado Hills. For more information call (916) 941-6850 or visit massageenvy.com.
