Sizzling hot fajitas, a delicious margarita made your way and friendly staff create the perfect combination at Casa Ramos.

The family owned Mexican restaurant opened its doors about four months ago to rave reviews. The menu includes all the favorites — nachos, taquitos, burritos, enchiladas and, of course, those fajitas. And diners will get an authentic, delicious meal every time they come to Casa Ramos, according to waitress Alexis Ramos. The restaurant also offers party platters with or without meat.

The Ramos family has more than a dozen restaurants in Northern California, serving up family recipes. The authenticity and friendly staff make it stand out from the chains. Assistant Manager Francisco Nava sells it best: “It’s a good restaurant with a good atmosphere, good service and good food. Come and relax with us.”

Casa Ramos is located at 2023 Vine St., Suite 200, El Dorado Hills. For more information call (916) 939-0900 or visit casaramos.net.
