Buyers and sellers have a dedicated Realtor at their side when they call Connie Barnes. For 24 years the Re/Max Gold Realtor has helped clients achieve the American Dream.

But she won’t take all the credit for her success.

“The feedback I get from clients is that my team and I bring a lot to the table. My husband Jim brings a ton of value on the marketing side and my long-time associate Kim Billings works her tail off supporting all of our buyers and sellers,” Barnes said. “I’m lucky enough to get the all of the recognition but each one of us are focused on being the very best in what we do.”

The job also allows Connie to indulge one of her other home-related passions — decorating.

“Sometimes we bring in furniture, hang pictures, add some decorator touches to help make the home more appealing to buyers,” Barnes said. “Not only are we helping the seller get a better price for the home, frequently we are getting it sold faster than it otherwise would have.”

Connie Barnes’ office is located at 4359 Town Center Blvd., Suite 311, El Dorado Hills. For more information call (916) 541-9600 or visit conniebarnes.com.
