When no ordinary sandwich will do, hungry Village Life readers head to San Francisco Bay Café for a mouth-watering, delicious meal.

What makes this restaurant’s sandwiches so special? “Our sourdough bread,” said owners John and Jeannette Richards.

Top sandwich picks on this made-fresh sourdough include the hickory-smoked garlic pesto turkey the hot pastrami. Any sandwich can be made hot or cold – a perfect meal in any weather. Customers can also build their own perfect sandwich with condiments of their choice, fresh vegetables, cheese and meat. Sandwiches come in three sizes.

The Richards opened their café in August 2012, happily feeding The Palladio’s shoppers, moviegoers and employees. In addition to offering great sandwiches, San Francisco Bay Café’s menu also includes gourmet salads (Greek and Italian), the ever-popular soup in a bread bowl (perfect for those chilly days) and fresh cookies.

San Francisco Bay Café is located at 230 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1213, Folsom. For more information call (916) 817-6700.
