El Dorado Hills Sports Club General Manager Stephanie Ward wants her clients “wowed” on a daily basis.

That experience begins with a smiling face and a friendly greeting. Then it’s on to the business of hitting the weights, sweating it out in Zumba and/or swimming laps in the pool.

Whatever exercise routine clients chose, Ward said she and her staff are ready to help them achieve their goals.

“We’re here to inspire them; we’re here to support them,” Ward explained. “We want to help improve their quality of life.”

The family friendly gym has something for everyone — a play center for little members, youth sports programs, adult group classes and gym sports and more. The sports club also houses Radiant Yoga, a state-of-the-art far infrared radiant heated studio offering Power Vinyasa Flow.

If clients need some extra motivation, personal trainers are ready to help, and sports club socials — holiday parties, health fairs and even an ice cream social — encourage clients to meet one another and participate in fun activities.

All this has encourages members to come back and bring along a few friends.

El Dorado Hills Sports Club is located at 530 Post Court in El Dorado Hills. For more information call (916) 933-4929 or visit sparetimeclubs.com.
