Golden 1 is No. 1

Golden 1 Credit Union has $7 billion in assets and nearly 600,000 members, making it California’s leading credit union. Anyone who lives and works in El Dorado County is eligible to join Golden 1, which serves 34 of California’s 58 counties.

Customers have access to more than 80 branches, 270 ATMs and free access to more than 28,000 network ATMs nationwide. Low rates for auto and home loans, free checking accounts, and free 24-hour online services are some of the many reasons why Golden 1 is a customer favorite.

The credit union also reaches out to the community through events like free shredding days and donations to non-profit organizations. Golden 1 supports The Salvation Army and Toys for Tots.

Golden 1 Credit Union is located at 4311 Town Center Blvd., Suite 400, El Dorado Hills. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Many transactions can be handled 24 hours a day at the branch’s ATM.
