Kid grapplers make history

ROLLING HILLS MIDDLE SCHOOL wrestlers made school history last weekend, becoming the school’s first wrestling team to win the El Dorado County Wrestling Finals, held at Rolling Hills. Rolling Hills and members of El Dorado Hills Wrestling Club had a total of 33 wrestlers in the County Finals, in both the Middle School and Elementary School divisions. Seventeen wrestlers place the top four, with  12 qualifying for the prestigious TOC (Tournament of Champions). Eight of the top four finishers were first-year wrestlers.
