Other teams are on the road, including the Bruin boys at the Central Valley Tournament; the Lady Bruins at the River City Tournament; and the Oak Ridge wrestling team travels to Ohio for the Walsh Ironman Invitational.

The Shoot Out starts Thursday with the El Dorado girls opening against Turlock at 3 p.m. Rocklin meets Pleasant Grove at 5, followed by Oak Ridge vs Nevada Union at 6:30. In the final game of the day Yosemite plays Burbank at 8 p.m.

Games times are the same on Friday, with winners’ bracket games at 3:30 and 6:30, and losers’ bracket games at 5 and 8 p.m.

The tournament concludes Saturday with the first game at 11:30 a.m. and the championship at 4 p.m.

Golden Sierra takes the court Friday against Delta at 7:30 p.m. The tournament includes Delta, Victory Christian and Lutheran in a round-robin format. The Grizzlies play Victory Christian at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and meet Lutheran at 7:30 that evening.

The lineup for the annual Ponderosa Duals this year is divided into pools. Pool Aincludes Ponderosa Green, Del Campo, El Dorado and Granite Bay.
