Anderson NBA’s Most Improved

Oak Ridge High’s Ryan Anderson, a member of the Orlando Magic, was named by a panel of sportswriters and broadcasters as the league’s Most Improved Player after averaging 16.1 points and 7-7 rebounds per game this past regular season.

Now in his fourth season, Anderson has developed into one the game’s top three-point shooters in addition to a focus on rebounding.

After attending Cal, Anderson was a first-round draft pick by the New Jersey Nets. He and the Magic are currently engaged in a playoff series against Indiana.
