Bengal girls win volleyball championship

EL DORADO HILLS — The Rolling Hills Middle School seventh grade girls volleyball team, coached by Oak Ridge alumni Robin Portela, capped off its undefeated regular season by sweeping the Foothill Athletic League Championships.
The team consists of Kate Green-Jones, Haley Dean, Annaliese McNeil, Ellie Reid, Madison LaMont, Hailey Powers, Aubrey Kenny, Anna Tierney, Emily Fagunaes, Madison Shields, Britney Eschelman and Madison Hurst and Madison Shepherd.
Portela is a former NAIA All American for Azusa Pacific.
