Club wrestlers do well in Orangevale

Saturday El Dorado Hills club wrestlers competed at Casa Roble High School during the Orangevale Wrestling Invitational.

Varsity wrestlers results
Mikey Mello, 1st place
Jackson Redhair, 3rd place
Riley Lewallen, 3rd place
Kaden West, 2 -2
Connor King, 2-2
Max McCarver, 1-2
Brody Deatherage, 4th place

JV wrestlers
Kade Roeder, 2nd place
Zane Roeder, 4th place
Anthony Hall, 1st place
Zach Kuykendal ,1-2

“This was really great competition for our wrestlers,” said Coach Bob West. “This tournament had large brackets and had some teams came from Nevada and up north past Redding. EDH wrestlers wrestled tough and made us proud.”

EDH Wrestling Club is now accepting sign ups for its spring season of wrestling that starts in March for grades kindergarten through 12th.  More information visit EDHwrestling.com.
