Club wrestlers have another great weekend

El Dorado Hills Wrestling Club wrestlers participating in weekend tournaments brought home many medals.

Sunday, wrestlers competed in the Sacramento Area Wrestling Association’s Folkstyle Wrestling Championships. The El Dorado Hills Club had eight champions.

First place:  Kaden West, Justin Lamson, Brody Deatherage, Kade Roeder, Zane Roeder, Josiah Ramos, Riley West and Payton Gunter
Second place: Christian Pebley, Caleb Humbird and Jose Sanchez
Third place: Riece Pollard
Fourth place: Jackson Ramos, Caleb Challen and Anthony Whiting
Fifth place: Justin Ramos

Saturday wrestlers took to the mat at the Elk Grove Elementary Championships where the EDH Wrestling Club places third overall.

First place: Kaden West, Justin Lamson and Jake Lewallen
Second place: Brody Deatherage, Dylan Fairchild and Anthony Whiting
Third place: Riley West and Xan Gonzales
Fourth place: Sully Rubow and Hart Didriksen
Fifth place: Xander Davis

Saturday at the Natomas Tournament of Champions qualifier varsity wrestlers Jackson Redhair placed second and Jared Horstman placed third.
