A trio of young ladies from the same family recently captured championships in their respective divisions at the Pacific Five Star Taekwondo Championships.

El Dorado Hills resident Uyenthy Tonnu and her daughters Sharlene Duong, 7, and Aleena Duong, 11, all earned top honors in the highly competitive event held last month. The three black belt students train at the El Dorado Hills Taekwondo Center.
