First round of tennis playoffs end in Trojan win

FOLSOM – Taking care of business in its playoff opener Tuesday afternoon, the Oak Ridge High tennis team easily defeated Merced 8-1 at the Broadstone Racquet Club. The Trojans won all six singles matches and two-of-three doubles to advance to the the quarterfinals next Monday. Oak Ridge will face the winner between St. Mary’s of Stockton and Lincoln of Stockton.
