JV Trojans are league champs

Oak Ridge JV boys basketball team claimed the Delta River League Championship last month after defeating Ponderosa, 62-39.

The team ended the season 24-2 overall, 9-1 league. The only league loss was by one point to Sheldon High School.

Team members are: Nick Alhady, Cole Compton, Tommy Dunnigan, Austin Frese, Brendan Galbreath, Sean Garmston, Ryan Hurst, Conor Jeffery, Keaton Kisilowicz, Nick Nygaard, Connor Peterson, Armand Souliman, Ben Vargas and  Sergio Warshom. They’re coached by Rob Slinger and Eric Schraeder.
