Varsity high school track and field athletes from 35 schools enjoyed competing at Sacramento State’s facility on March 5, a very mild day with very little wind. Many Oak Ridge athletes set personal bests or came very close to their personal bests at this early season invitational.
Athletes who placed in the top three in an event received medals.

Dustin Fretwell: 2nd place 100 meter dash 11.20 (2nd all-time at Oak Ridge), 3rd place 4 x 100 meter relay

Will Findlay: 1st place High Jump 6’6″

The next meet for the Oak Ridge Trojans is the King/Gilbert Invitational at Granite Bay High School. The field events start at 8:30 a.m. and the running events start at 9. This meet has Frosh/Soph and Varsity divisions.
