Rolling to perfection

The Rolling Hills Middle School eighth grade volleyball team finished its season with a perfect 10-0 record, capturing the Foothill Athletic League title.

The squad beat Folsom and Pleasant Grove in the recent playoffs to win the league title. The Bengals are coached by former Oak Ridge volleyball star Robin Portela.

Members of the team are;  Madison Shields, Aubrey Kenny, Brittney Eschelman, Christina Davis, Eva Nkadi, Emily Fagundes, Hailey Powers, Sophia Schroeder, Cassidy Madsen, Madison Lamont, Ellie Reed, Madison Hurst, Kate Green-Jones, Anna Tierney, Robin Portela and assistant coach Savannah Schroeder.
