Monday Night Pick-Up League
(Co-ed)
Teams are formed each Monday night of this eight-week pick-up style season. Fee is $20 for the entire season running through mid-October. All games are played at the Promontory Community Park adult softball field. For more specifics call Frank at (916) 614-3223 or just show up on Monday nights beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Adult Softball
Select from multiple nights including Tuesday Coed, Thursday or Friday Men’s Leagues.  All games are played at the Promontory Community Park adult softball field. The fall league runs from late August to mid-October, depending on the night selected. Leagues are limited to eight teams per league and registration will close once maximum numbers are reached. The fall league plays seven games plus playoffs for the top four teams and team fee is $465. Deadline for each league varies from early to mid-August so call the registration desk for specifics.

Adult 5×5 Basketball
Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams. Games are played at the CSD gym on Sunday evenings, Aug. 10 through Oct. 5, with a team fee of $410. Registration deadline is Aug. 1.

Girls Volleyball
(fourth through 12th grades)
Join this fast growing and popular sports program. Girls are grouped based on grade and may be combined to form teams if necessary. Practices are once a week with games played on Tuesday or Thursday evenings at the CSD or another local gym. The season runs from Sept. 2 to Nov. 20 with practices and games. Registration is $140 if completed prior to the Aug. 8 deadline or $155 thereafter (if space available). Fee includes jersey and personalized award for each girl.

Adult 5×5 Basketball
Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams. Games are played at the CSD gym on Sunday evenings, Aug. 24 through Oct. 19 and again from Nov. 2 through Jan. 11 with a team fee of $425 for each season. Championship T-shirts are awarded to playoff winners. Registration deadline is Aug. 15 for the August season and Oct. 24 for the November league (or when full).

Youth Dodgeball
(ages 7-12)
Catch dodgeball fever by playing this fast-paced and fun indoor game. Teams are formed each night for this four-week session, Sept. 4-25. Camp runs from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. for four consecutive Fridays and will be held at the CSD gym. Camp fee is $51 and includes a T-shirt. Registration deadline is Aug. 29.

Adult Flag Football
(6 vs. 6 pass only league)
Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams. Games are played on Sunday afternoons at the Promontory Community Park synthetic field, Sept. 7 through Oct. 26. Team fee is $425 with playoff winners earning championship T-shirts for their efforts. Registration deadline is Aug. 29.

Pee Wee T-Ball
(ages 3-6)
Camp participants learn the fundamentals of baseball by learning how to throw, catch, run the bases and hit off a stationary “T.”  This four-week camp meets on Thursdays, Sept. 4-25, at the Promontory girls softball field. Parents can pick from 4 p.m.  (3 year olds only with parent participation required), or 5 or 6 p.m. for ages 4-6.  he fee of $60 includes a camp T-shirt, snack and gift card from a sponsoring vendor. Registration deadline is Aug. 29 (or once maximum numbers reached).

Adult Coed Soccer
(7 vs 7)
This league plays on Wednesday nights at the Promontory Community Park synthetic field, Sept. 24 through Nov. 12 and again from Dec. 3 through Feb. 4. Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams with winning team earning championship T-shirts for their efforts. Team fee is $610. Registration deadline is Sept. 12 for the September season and Nov. 21 for the December session.

Pee Wee Soccer
(ages 3-6)
Children are exposed to the fundamentals of soccer by learning how to kick, trap, pass and how play the goalie position.  This four-week camp meets on Thursdays, Oct. 9-30, at the Promontory Community Park girls softball field. Parents can pick from 4 p.m. (3-year-olds only with parent participation required) or 5 and 6 p.m. for ages 4 to 6. Fee is $60 and includes T-shirt, snack and gift card from a sponsoring vendor. Registration deadline is Oct. 3 (or once maximum numbers are reached).

Winter Youth Basketball
(kindergarten through eighth grade)
The focus of this league is to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a fun yet competitive environment. Practices are once a week starting in December with games on Saturdays beginning in January for eight weeks. Registration fee is $140 on or before the Oct. 17 registration deadline or $155 thereafter (pending availability). Attendance at a player evaluation is required before teams are assembled. Hoop height is 10 feet for third grade and above but lowered to 8 feet for younger players. Grades may be combined to form teams and players receive uniform and personalized award.

Winter Girls Basketball
(second through fifth grade)
This new offering allows girls to play in a recreation yet competitive league. Teams are formed based on grade and may be combined depending on registration numbers. The season begins with practices in December then games in January/February (Saturdays) for eight weeks. Players must attend an evaluation date before teams are formed. Hoops will be lowered for younger players. Registration fee is $140 on or before the Oct. 17 registration deadline or $155 thereafter (pending availability).

Pee Wee Basketball
(ages 4-6)
Children are taught how to dribble, pass and shoot along with the importance of teamwork while having fun. This camp is three weeks in duration due to the Thanksgiving holiday and meets on Thursdays, Nov. 6-20. Children must be 4 or older to participate and camp fee ($45) includes a T-shirt, snack and gift card from a sponsoring local vendor. Registration deadline is Oct. 31 (or when full).

Adult open gym basketball
Drop in any Monday or Thursday evening at the CSD gym from 8:15 to 10 p.m. for pick-up games. Fee is $4 per visit or buy a five-visit punch card for $15.
