Monday Night Pick-Up League
(co-ed)
Teams are formed each Monday night of this eight-week season. Fee is $20 for the entire season. Games are played through May 19 at the Promontory Community Park adult softball field. For more specifics call Frank at (916) 614-3223.

Adult 3×3 Basketball
Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams. Games are played at the CSD gym on on Wednesday evenings, May 14 through July 2 and July 16 through Sept. 3, with a team fee of $150. Playoff winners earn championship T-shirts for their efforts.  Registration deadline is May 7 for the May season and July 3 for the July session.

Pee Wee T-Ball 
(ages 3-6)
Camp participants learn the fundamentals of baseball by learning how to throw, catch, run the bases and hit off a stationary “T”.  This four-week camp meets on Thursdays, May 15 through June 5, at the Promontory girls softball field. Parents can pick from 4 p.m. (3-year-olds only with parent participation required), or 5 or 6 p.m. for ages 4 to 6. The fee of $57 includes a camp T-shirt, snack and gift card from a sponsoring vendor. Deadline to register is May 9 or once maximum numbers reached.

Adult 5×5 Basketball
Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams. Games are played at the CSD gym on Sunday evenings, May 18 through July 20, with a team fee of $410. Deadline to register is May 9.

Adult Co-ed Soccer
(7 vs 7)
This league plays on Wednesday nights at the Promontory Community Park synthetic field May 21 through July 9 and again July 23 through Sept. 10.  Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams with winning team earning championship T-shirts for their efforts. Team fee is $610 with a deadline of May 9 for the May season and July 11 for the July session.

Adult Softball
Select from multiple nights including Tuesday Co-ed, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday Men’s Leagues. All games are played at the Promontory Community Park adult softball field. The summer league is an extended season (10 games) and the team fee is $565. Deadline for registration is May 21 with registration open on April 28 for resident and returning teams and May 5 for non-resident teams. The fall league returns to the traditional seven-game season plus playoffs for the top four teams and the team fee is $465. Deadline for the fall league is late July (or when full) and registration opens on July 7 for resident and returning teams and July 14 for non-resident sign-ups.

Youth Flag Football Boot Camp
(second through fifth grades)
This program is designed for the beginning player who desires an introduction to the game of flag football before the fall season begins.  Experienced staff and coaches will lead participants in concepts of offense, defense, running routes, how to pass, how to catch and flag pulling. Players with two years or less experience will also benefit from the drills and techniques taught during the camp. Dates are June 3-24 beginning at 4 p.m. for second- and third-graders and 5 p.m. for fourth- and fifth-graders. The camp is held at the Promontory Community Park Girls Softball Field, Cost is $66 with a registration deadline of May 23 (or when full).

U.K. International Soccer Camp 
(ages 4-16)
The focus of this five-day camp is to build the fundamentals of soccer as well as improve on existing skills. Beginning with the basics, the camp progresses to more challenging skills and techniques as children are grouped by age for better teaching methods and comprehension.  Skilled instructors lead participants in fun and challenging drills to help motivate learning, interest and participation. This camp is offered twice during the summer — June 2-6 and July 7-11 — with half-day (9 a.m. to noon, $130) or full-day (9 a.m. to 3 p.m., $175) held at the CSD east field. Child must be 8 or older to enroll in full-day session. Camp registration deadline is May 23 for the June session an June 27 for the July session.

Youth Dodgeball
(ages 7-12)
Catch Dodgeball fever by playing this fast paced and fun indoor game. Teams are formed each night for this four-week session, May 30 through June 20 and again Sept. 4-25. Camp runs from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. for four consecutive Fridays per camp and is held at the CSD gym. Registration deadline is May 23 for the May session and Aug. 29 for the September session. Camp fee is $51 and includes a camp T-shirt.

Adult 5×5 Basketball
Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams. Games are played at the CSD gym on Sunday evenings, June 1 through July 27 and Aug. 10 through Oct. 5, with a team fee of $410. Deadline to register is May 23 for the June league and Aug. 1 for the August session.

Monday Night Pick-Up League
(Co-ed)
Teams are formed each Monday night of this eight-week pick-up style season. Fee is $20 for the entire season. Season runs from June 2 through July 21 and again July 28 through Sept. 22. All games are played at the Promontory Community Park adult softball field. For more specifics call Frank at (916) 614-3223 or just show up on Monday nights beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Summer Volleyball Camp 
(fourth through eight grades, co-ed)
Participants pick between a beginner or advanced camp both held June 16-19 at the Valley View Elementary School gym. Players must have a minimum of two seasons of non-club or one year club experience to resister for the advanced session. Beginner camp starts with the basics and progresses to more challenging approaches on skills, strategies and techniques.  The advanced camp picks up where the beginner camp leaves off with more advanced drills and strategies. Instructor Lisa Boyle has coached competitive volleyball for more than 25 years and is widely respected in her field. Beginner camp runs from 9 to 11 a.m. with an $80 fee while the advanced camp runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the cost is $85. Both include a camp T-shirt. Registration deadline is June 6 (or when full).

EURO Soccer Camp 
(ages 5-15)
Pick from two different dates (or attend both) and get the benefit of certified Scottish coaches and trainers. The instructors use fun drills and exercises to teach beginners to advanced players how to develop, improve and move to the next skill level. Also offered is a specialized goalie camp which will introduce and develop goalkeeping skills in positioning, mobility and agility. Participants receive a T-shirt, soccer ball and evaluation certificate. The two different camp dates are June 16-20 or July 21-25 with the goalie camp only offered in July.  Participants must choose between the regular camp or the goalie camp for the July session as children cannot attend both at the same time. Camp times are 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and held at the CSD east field.  Registration deadline is June 7 for the June session and July for July camp and cost is $130 for each.

Pee Wee Soccer 
(ages 3-6)
Children are exposed to the fundamentals of soccer by learning how to kick, trap, pass and how play the goalie position. This four-week camp meets on Thursdays, June 19 through July 17, at the Promontory Community Park girls softball field. Parents can pick from 4 p.m. (3-year-olds only with parent participation required) or 5 and 6 p.m. for ages 4 to 6. Fee is $60 and includes T-shirt, snack and gift card from a sponsoring vendor. Call the registration desk before the June 13 deadline. Once maximum numbers are reached registration closes so don’t delay.

Youth Lacrosse
(ages 5-10)
Children are exposed to the fundamentals of this rapidly growing sport by learning how to cradle, scoop, catch, pass and shoot through fun exercises and drills. All necessary equipment is provided so participants just need to show up ready to play. Camp runs on Tuesdays, July 1-22, beginning at 4 p.m. for ages 5 to 7 and 5 p.m. for ages 8 to 10. This camp is held at the Promontory Community Park girls softball field and the fee is $60 with a registration deadline of June 20 (or when full).

Fall Youth Basketball
(first through eighth grades)
The focus of this league is to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a fun yet competitive environment. Practices are once a week beginning in late August with games on Saturday mornings beginning in September for eight weeks. Registration fee is $140 before July 9 deadline or $155 thereafter (if space available). Attendance at a player evaluation is required before teams are assembled. Hoop height is 10 feet for third grade and above but lowered to 8 feet for younger players. Grades may be combined to form teams. Season runs from Aug. 18 to Oct. 25.

NFL Flag Football
(second through eighth grades)
Enjoy the game of football without the physical contact of the traditional sport. League focuses on fundamentals, teamwork and improving individual skills in a competitive yet fun environment. Practices and games are held at the Promontory synthetic field in El Dorado Hills. Participants receive an official NFL Jersey, a set of NFL flags and a personalized award. Practices are once a week starting in late August with eight games played on Saturday afternoon/evenings beginning in September. League fee is $140 if registered before the July 16 deadline or $155 thereafter, space permitting. Attendance at a player evaluation is required before teams are assembled. The season runs from Aug. 18 to Nov. 1.

Girls Volleyball
(fourth through 12h grades)
Join this fast growing and popular sports program. Girls are grouped based on grade and may be combined to form teams if necessary. Practices are once a week with games played on Tuesday or Thursday evenings at the CSD or another local gym. The season runs from Sept. 2 to Nov. 20 with practices and games. Registration is $140 if completed prior to the Aug. 8 deadline or $155 thereafter (if space available). Fee includes jersey and personalized award for each girl.

Adult Flag Football
(6 vs. 6 pass only league)
Teams play seven games followed by playoffs for the top four teams. Games are played on Sunday afternoons at the Promontory Community Park synthetic field, Sept. 7 through Oct. 26. Team fee is $425 with playoff winners earning championship T-shirts for their efforts.  Registration deadline is Aug. 29.

Adult open gym basketball
Drop in any Monday or Thursday evening at the CSD gym from 8:15 to 10 p.m. for pick-up games. Fee is $4 per visit or buy a five-visit punch card for $15.
