Estheticians and best friends Patricia Goldberg-Morse and Beth Martinez have teamed up to open Lush Skin & Body next to the Purple Place. The day spa offers skin and body care, including facials, waxing and massage.

Goldberg-Morse has 26 years of experience in skin care and has lived in El Dorado Hills for 11 years. She said she is proud of the products she offers clients, including Natural Difference and Skin Script.

“It’s important to keep skin hydrated, exfoliated and protected with sunscreen,” she said of why facials are important, especially as people age.

She offers several types of facials, including European, oxygen infusion and microdermabrasion. Clients may also choose a variety of LED, enzyme and chemical peels. Pressed for time? No problem. A 30-minute express facial is offered for $45.

Martinez is a waxing specialist and custom body bronzing expert with many years of experience. She offers first-time clients a free eyebrow wax.

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Lush Skin & Body is located at 351 Green Valley Road in El Dorado Hills. It is open six days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. For appointments call (916) 302-6639 or (916) 718-8881.
