Ponte Palmero expansion under consideration

Cameron Park Senior Living LLC, owner of Ponte Palmero, is looking to expand the 233-unit retirement community.

“The applicant proposes to construct a 44-unit, 50,510-square-foot community care facility, a two-story, 46-unit, 53,690-square-foot assisted living facility and an 11,450-square-foot clubhouse,” states a project information summary provided by Roger Trout, director of El Dorado County Community Development Agency’s Development Services Division.
