EID water is real problem

By From page A5 | November 01, 2017

Folsom moving south of Highway 50 into El Dorado Hills is worse than traffic. Folsom has law, Measure W (water) that mandates a new water supply for S50. W says all those “north of Highway 50” won’t lose their American River water to S50 Folsom.

State Water Board May 11, 2017, wrote Folsom a demand letter seeking evidence city has a non-American River water supply for S50. City’s responses are denials, American entitlement regardless of law and water board expert engineers. City fails to prove American water-taking is legal; its court hearing on a funding agreement with land owners is not water evidence. No engineer certified any Folsom proof of non-American River water.

Ask the El Dorado Irrigation District Board of Directors to have an open meeting so you can see obfuscation your development-happy neighboring city has produced. Protect your water and wonder how your raw sewage plant can handle Folsom’s pumped-up sewage as well. Licensed engineers are really law enforcers, so utilize their skills and licenses to protect yourselves.
