Water down the drain

By From page A5 | August 09, 2017

I live in Serrano and there are underground broken water lines under my street (Arenzano Way). This water has been flowing down the street since July 30 when I first contacted the El Dorado Irrigation District.

They emailed me that repairs would be done within two to four weeks. So EID must have an unlimited supply of water resources to allow water to just flow away … and they want to raise our water rates again?

This is another example of a utility company sticking it to their customers.
