Party time!
Our next big party, Oktoberfest, will be held on Friday, Oct. 11. Sponsored by the El Dorado Hills Senior Council, the El Dorado Hills Community Services District and the Placerville Senior Nutrition lunch program, the event will be held in the CSD gym on Harvard Way. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. Entertainment starts at 11 a.m. by the great Billy C’s Polka House Band. Lunch will be served at noon. Lunch is delicious and will be served by our friendly, local firefighters. They also help clean up and we appreciate all they do for us. The suggested donation for lunch is $3 for seniors age 60 and older; all others pay $5. Call the Senior Center soon at (916) 358-3575 to make your reservations as seating is limited.
