From trash to jet fuel

Garbage has really come up in the world.

Instead of being a huge embarrassment that is hidden away in landfills, more and more of it is being recycled and repurposed as consumer products, soil enhancers and compressed gas for vehicles.

In the future it might just end up fueling jet airplanes.

EDH apartments get a second look

A Stockton-based developer went back to the architectural drawing board to reduce the density of its original plans for the proposed El Dorado Hills Apartments, which would be built on the 4.6 acre lot in the heart of Town Center.
