Peter Vlautin’s job is always interesting

Heartbreaking situations — an elderly woman swindled out of her savings or kicked out of her home by her own children — leave many shaking their heads in disbelief.

But attorney Peter Vlautin doesn’t just sit by and watch. This El Dorado Hills attorney dives into such problems and helps his clients resolve tough situations.

“It’s always interesting and challenging,” said Vlautin, whose practiced law since 1972. “It’s nice to be able to help people.”

Vlautin started as a public defender and later moved into private practice where he handles trusts, wills, conservatorships, probate, elder abuse, civil litigation and criminal law. With 40 years of experience, Vlautin said he’s happy to guide people through the difficult legal process and will represent them fairly. He’s s a member of the California, Nevada and U.S. Supreme Court Bar Associations.
