Girls golf off to a good start

The Oak Ridge High School girls golf team defeated Folsom 200 to 288 on Aug. 29 at the Serrano Country Club.

The team’s six seniors ended the day with the following final scores:

Caleigh Clark — 38
Emma Sand — 38
Olivia Loeffler — 45
Meha Sodhi — 40
Sara Johnson — 39
Lauren Keane — 50

“A very excited way to start the season, now we’re just going to work on our goal of consistently breaking 200 as a team,” said Oak Ridge head coach Lauren Swan.
