Oak Ridge’s varsity boys volleyball squad fell to Jesuit in the Sac-Joaquin Division 1 semifinal match on May 17.

The Trojans challenged the Marauders in four games, winning the first, 25-22, but falling in close match-ups there after — 23-25, 22-25, 21-25.

This was coach Tom Van Der Wende’s final year leading the team. The varsity squad ends the season with a 26-9 record.

Players Jack Hoisington, Nate Lambert, Connor Dunham and Jonathan Tuttle will have another chance at the net during the Optimist game May 20 at Capital Christian.
